So very behind, as usual :) Been working some extra. Our cruise is coming up quickly, which means my wedding is coming up very quickly. Go for the 2nd fitting of my dress next week!! And my wonderful freinds are throwing me a bridal shower at the end of the month-Im blessed with great friends! Spencer is growing like a weed, he is going to be tall like his daddy! Right now they are off on a boys trip at table rock lake, visiting freinds of Greg's from PA school. So I of course take this time to paint Spencer's bathroom and Im itching to paint our kitchen and kitchen cabinets. But that will take Greg being out of the house for a couple of days. Part of what makes our relationship work is that we are so very oppisite and the way I do things when it comes to painting makes greg twtich-but our house looks nice!
Will get around to posting new pics soon, Spencer's 3rd bday is coming up at the beginning of August so I need to get that all planned out. Hope everyone is well.

A tennis pro in the making????

Greg played semi pro tennis back in the day. And he is wanting to start playing again.  Spencer thought this was a great idea, as long as he gets to do it as well.  So off to the store they went and Spencer picked out a spongebob tennis racket and sponge bob balls
Here we see Spence setting up for a dynamic serve
And the follow through.....

Family History

This pic was taken in 1960 for Oklahoma Ranch and Farm World.  The artical was titled "From Bukin' Broncs To Buckin Diesels" From left to right- my dad Bo, Uncle Jiggs, Uncle Joe, Uncle J and Uncle Bill.
The artical featured that the Lewis Brothers decided to quit trying for championship buckles at rodeos and settle down.  They organized Lewis Brothers Livestock Express, with a fleet of 7 diesels  and started trucking animals near and far.
Finding this little piece of history is great!  My dad is now the only one left, and still lives in the house you see in this pic.  Even though I get frustrated with him when he gets going on some of his stories.  Its great that my son gets to see and hear this kind of family history and its just an added bonus that he sees his Pa-pa Bo as a big cowboy.

The Cowboy Saga Continues.......

What is Spencer watching you may ask........
Look closely- yes its a western.  The one thing you dont know is that its 530 am!!!
Thank You Encore Westerns, 24/7

Introducing Bones!

Spencer has a dog of his own now, thanks to Papa Bo!
Here we see Spence checking out the new dog house- the new dog is an outside dog.  Unlike our other 2 who are spoiled and cant stay outside for an extended period of time.
Bones is not sure what is going on- he thought the house was for him!
Bones is 18months to 2yrs of age.  He is an Aussie Shepherd mix, and thankfully very smart.  But he is one heck of a digger- a black mark against most Aussies
Welcome home Bones :)

Cowboy Up!!!

We are in a cowboy phase! It all started in part to a combo of his gene pool: my dad and all his brothers are cowboys- they have the world championship buckles to prove it, the backyardigans: Eureka episode, we watch numerous times a day and a Gene Autry movie.....

We dont go anywhere without our cowboy hat
"What are you looking at"
The cutest cowboy ever!
And what is a cowboy without his horses
